ABOUT EVOLVE COUNSELLING COLLECTIVE
Evolve Counselling Collective brings together three experienced, Master’s-qualified and accredited counsellors with diverse professional and life experience, and a shared commitment to supporting women through the changes and opportunities of midlife. We bring together our backgrounds in counselling, coaching, leadership, business, education, parenting, relationships and community work to create programmes that are professionally grounded, practical and relevant to women's lives. Our aim is to create a space for women to step back from the demands of everyday life, gain new perspectives, reconnect with what matters and consider what they want from the next stage of life.
WHY WE CREATED OUR PROGRAMMESOur programmes have grown from the themes and challenges facing women in midlife and beyond, which we repeatedly see in our work as counsellors and coaches, along with our own professional and lived experience, including:
Changes in identity, confidence and self-worth
Loss of purpose and uncertainty about what comes next
Burnout
Career change challenges
Shifting family roles and relationships
Midlife and menopause
Partnership challenges and separation
Connection and belonging
Parenting teens and adult children

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AN EVOLVE PROGRAMMEOur programmes are intentionally kept small, with no more than 12 women, so there is space for everyone to participate, reflect, and be heard. Each programme combines evidence-informed counselling, coaching, guided reflection, meaningful conversation and practical tools. You can expect:A safe, professionally facilitated space
Time to reflect and explore what is happening for you without judgement.Personalised support
A small-group environment where there is room for individual reflection and participationGenuine connection
The opportunity to connect with other women navigating similar stages of life.Shared wisdom
Different perspectives, experiences and insights from both facilitators and the group.Programmes are currently held in person across Melbourne’s south and south-east.Online programmes are coming in 2027.

MEET THE COLLECTIVE
We are three experienced professionals with different backgrounds united by a shared commitment to supporting women through midlife and beyond. As qualified and accredited counsellors, we bring professional therapeutic knowledge and experience to our work. But what we bring to the EVOLVE programmes extends well beyond the counselling room.Between us, our professional lives have spanned corporate leadership, small-business success, coaching, mentoring, education, community work, marketing, and tourism. And as women in midlife ourselves, we also understand many of the experiences that come with this stage of life - **changing relationships and family roles, parenting teenagers and adult children, caring for elderly parents, changes in careers and business, burnout, discovering neurodivergence later in life, menopause, identity shifts and the question of what comes next.EVOLVE brings these different experiences and perspectives together. We combine counselling, coaching, mentoring, practical strategies and shared experience to create programmes that are professionally grounded, practical, genuinely relevant and connected to the realities of women's lives.
